All your answers are confidential and anonymous, and data collected will only be used in aggregated form for analysis purposes. For example, if 8/10 people want more of a certain type of program, we know to make that happen! This data helps us improve programs and maintain our service delivery via contract with the Provincial Health Authority of Cananda.
